"The location is excellent. Close to all public trains and subways, both cabs and resturants are plentiful. Shopping is in the same building at Kintetsu Departments. The hotel staff was very helpful in all ways. Airport Limo bus operates to the front door regularly. Will stay here on next trip to Osaka. " - Anonymous
"The location is excellent as the airport bus stops right at the hotel and the subway system is in the basement. Service was great with a super breakfast.

"Very comfortable, and extremely roomy by Japanese standards. The New Miyako is not the cheapest hotel in Osaka, but it's definitely a good value for the money. I'd happily stay there again." - Anonymous
"great international standard hotel. rooms were big and clean. the service of the people was great....english was very good.
the only down fall is that if you were planning to take the subway to visit kyoto / kobe / nagoya, etc. the walk in the subway is quite long 10-15 mins to catch subways.
lots of good food places around, they have a airport shuttle service which is great....would definitely recommend if you want to travel in style but not pay six star prices." - Anonymous
