"Was not very impressed with the housekeeping of this hotel. There was hair in the shower and spa, foundation swipe (spread) on the door to the bathroom/bedroom, sand all over the chairs." - Susan Rogers
"A lovely stay and excellent service. The only criticism was that the bedside lamps were connected to the main lighting in the room so that you could not just have a low wattage bedside lamp on. Otherwise it would have been perfect." - Amber takao
"The family pool needs to be heated, not the lap pool, and they need an outdoor spa pool, and more lounges by the pool, Four for all the guests is a bit silly.
They need more supply of breakfast foods so they don't run out ie crossoints (spelling), - They rean out every day before we had some, and the hot breaskfast food is not always hot and readily available also.

"The hotel was lovely and clean. Fanatastic room service meals, beatifully presented and good value, especially the kids meals. A few frustrations were experienced - the usual info about the facillities was not handy in the room and the lights and lamps were on the same switch making it hard to read when kids were sleeping. Location very suburban, away from the coast - didn't feel like a beach break." - Anonymous
