"WE found the staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the Grand Cafe. However on check-in there was confusion over the inclusion of 2 breakfasts. We believed the booking included both but as the booking sheet stated 'including breakfast' (singular) the young staff at reception seemed to have some difficulty with this. I believe it was a lack of understanding of the English language. The floor manager intervened and we had 2 breakfasts included. " - Anonymous
