"I was disappointed in the hotel at first because the a/c and hot water didn't work but they were eventually fixed. What made me really like the hotel was the manager, Cathy. She was so helpful and gracious that it made my stay at the hotel an entirely enjoyable experience. Instead of just being the place where I stayed the hotel turned into part of my fun. All thanks to Cathy.
