"Fantastic location right on the river, three minutes walk to Piazza Navona, almost directly opposite Castel Sant'Angelo. Rooms are decorated in old fashioned style but with modern conveniences. From the airport, take the FS train to Central Termini Station. From Central Termini station you can reach our hotel by TAXI or by METRO. If you will take taxi, a maximum of 10 minutes, you will arrive at Residenza Ave Roma, Lungotevere Tor di Nona 3; by subway: take Metro Line A (direction Battistini) and get-off at Spagna Station (4th station from Termini), and take Bus 116 (Terminal Gianicolo) and get-off at Zanardelli (6th stop) and walk 200meters to our place.
By Bus from Termini: Take bus no. 40 (Pza. Pia/Castel S. Angelo) and get-off at Ponte Vittorio Emanuele (6th stop from Termini) and walk 500meters going to our place.

Check-in start from 13:00PM until 20:00PM. If the guest arrive before check-in time, they can leave their luggage at the reception and do the check-in later, as soon as the room will be ready. Please advice us about late arrivals. |
