"Our expectations were not too hi, as this is a »low cost« hotel. However everything was even worse.
The hotel is very, very noisy all over the night. Cleanliness should be better. The room (triple) was very small- hard to turn around. The bathroom (WC, wash-stand and shower) – all together are at the size of a decent shower. It is convenient to have a car to get to Rome (parking is OK). No complains about breakfast and surroundings (nice park). Hotel has a Wireless Internet Access. Marjan Z., Slovenia" - Anonymous
"THe hotel was very clean - breakfast they had a good selection to choose from. I thought it was quite a way out of the centre of Rome and we had a problem with the buses coming home at night. But otherwise we enjoyed the holiday and the hotel." - LINDA GARDNER
"We LOVED this place! It was difficult to find and in trying to find our way there we got a bit frustrated!! However, by the time we walked through the gate we were instantly at peace. The location is fabulous, the staff are friendly, the rooms are gorgeous. We'd definitely recommend staying here - even better if you have a rental car as it's a wee way from Central Rome - but worth it to escape the hustle and bustle!!" - Murray Foster

Residenza Villa Maria offers their guests the opportunity to spend a pleasant holiday in the countryside far from the city stress but at the same time just 15 km. away from Rome. Our rooms (single, double and small apartaments) are all with private bathroom, tv sat, telephone, in room safe, air conditioned and mini bar... to satisfy every need and request.

BY CAR
Travelling by car, from highway, keep direction to "Grande raccordo anulare G.R.A.." (ring way around Rome) Exit n°11 (Nomentana street) and keep direction to outside Rome to Palombara city.
After about 3 km. keep direction Palombarese road and after about 2 km. turn left on Pedica delle Ginestre street. .(Marco Simone area)

BY BUS
When you travel to Rome without car, the best way is the blue Bus Cotral to Palombara (there is one every 30 min.) which stops close to Villa Maria - Marco Simone area - (bus stop before S. Lucia of Mentana). You can take this blue Bus Cotral from Tiburtina station.
Tiburtina station is linked to Termini station by underground.
