"The Rockford Hotel is a modern comfortable place to stay in. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable and a above all clean. The bed was a dream. The bar and restaurant are very reasonable with their prices. Bar snacks were also excellent. Staff were more than helpfull, even when we came back after a 4 day tour, they still stored our luggage and were helpful in making an Airport transfer booking for us. Located in the Vibrant Arts precinct of the City’s bustling West End, Rockford Adelaide is located metres from the Convention Centre, Sky city, North Terrace, Galleries, Museums & Rundle Mall. Recently refurbished, Rockford Adelaide offers an extensive range of accommodation in 42 Superiors, 15 Club, and 8 Executive & 3 Premier Suites. As from 1st January 2007 - Accommodation became Smoke Free.
Our Restaurant – Blue offers creative cuisine and fine wines designed to tantalise the taste buds. Private Dining, Wedding, & function areas including Rooftop Poolside BBQ's.
Exciting time lay ahead in 2008! Over the coming months the hotel is embarking on a $2million dollar refurbishment which will include state of the art conference facilities, an Australian Themed restaurant & an additional 12 bedrooms. Whilst the main part of the construction is taking place in the building next door to the hotel, measures are in place to ensure that the building team are respectful of daily commencement and conclusion times.
