"The rooms are very clean including the bathroom. Rooms are supply with hot and cold water - very convenient to prepare your drinks. The reception staffs are very friendly, forthcoming with information on the tourist areas and how to get there, especially Ms Tze. Quite a good spread for breakfast for a 3 star hote1. It is about 5 to 8 minutes walk to Ximen MRT. There is a direct bus to and from the airport to the hotel and pay for a two-way ticket, which is cheaper. " - Tan Tew Khim

"Unfortunately we arrived in the raining night and it was late. We stayed in the room that accommodates 3 guests. The room was small, no window, damp, and the wall was wet. We changed the room the next day without any problem. No window is available for 3 guest room. But, the room is just a little bigger than the first night we stayed. No 3-single beds are available in this hotel. It’s not comfortable for people who like to stay inside the hotel room but it is a good location to go places like shopping, and eat. Subway station is in the walking distance, and plenty of taxies around. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Don’t trust the map which provides by them….it’s wrong. Hallway smoking is a problem. Overall, it’s good for the short term stay." - Hooigaik Peterson

"The hotel is very clean, and the service by the staff is great. Hot drinking water is readily available from the room itself. The nearest MRT station is 5 minutes away(walking). Plenty of shops available there(food, fashion, accessories). A personal peeve of mine is that the room is a bit dark for reading the papers on the beds. Overall, the hotel is an excellent choice for its price." - Anonymous

"Toilet is very clean with ample toiletries eg: shaver, shampoo, shower foam, etc. Daily room service is excellent. Triple room is abit small though and without window. Hotel overall is excellent comparable to a 4 star hotel. Stone throw away from Hsi Men MRT. Eateries are avaliable even after 11pm. I will strongly rcc Royal Castle taipei." - Eric Choy
