"I would have appreciated a smile from the people at the reception when i checked out and also the feeling of courtesy from the person who handed me back my luggage left in the storeroom - what i got was the feeling that i was bothering them.....
the check in was nicer: the young man who greeted me was not only extremely good looking, but also very polite and professional.

"Right next to the Termini station the hotel has a very convenient location for the metro and the fast train to the airport. Single rooms are horribly small everywhere in Rome, but in this one you at least had space to turn around. The price I got through HotelClub was very reasonable. " - Anonymous
