"My wife and I appreciated very much the front desk lady's prompt and pleasant service immediately allocating our room even we arrived much earlier than the check-in time, ie 0930am on 10 June 2006. Overall my wife and I rate the hotel service highly including newspaper service, and our feeling for the hotel pleasant.
On another matter, would it be better to guide customers driving a car to enter the Hume Highway entrance immediately after passing Strickland Street? " - Anonymous
"Excellent value for money, the hotel was surprisingly quiet inside, couldn,t hear much traffic noise, reception check in was handled very quickly and was well organised, as was check out. Would definately stay here again. A.... A.C.T" - Alison Lewis
