"It may have been Lakeside years ago but the name is misleading now. Tucked behind multi-story apartments and need to cross a wide expressway to get to the lakeside. Convenient location for city and sightseeing. Architecturally dated [60's] but hotel is well managed, spotless, pleasant and comfortable." - Andrew Clarke
"Breakfast area lookes a bit tired - I would have prefered better coffee.
Although I had booked a room for 2 people there was no facility on the web site to request twin beds, fortunately my friend did not come and I received a double room when checking in - not sure if I was given this room because I was travelling alone or it was the room I have been previously allocated.
The bed was very comfortable and linen very good.
I did not think it would have been worth the full rate asked." - Anonymous
"We thought the room was very nice, and we were very happy with the price and the location." - Gerard Turi
"Hotel is slightly jaded in its furniture. I thought the Hotel needed some refurbishment. Food on Sunday night (especially the Aberdeen Angus steakburger) in the bar quite nice, but no restaurants open on the SUnday night." - Anonymous
