"Location great - bit of a hill to walk up, but that is Queenstown for you. A courtesy bus was available anyway, so no problem.
The spa booking system not great: have to book 1-2 days in advance when busy, and get/return key from reception, which was up 3 flights of stairs and a hill, and on the other side of the hotel from the spa.
Service was exceptional - whenever we had a problem, it was quickly fixed, and apologies (and chocolates) given. Loved the staff! Always smiling!" - Anonymous

"Our twin bedded room had 2 single and 1 double bed and lots of space with a small balcony and lake view - excellent. It is worth booking the breakfast option in advance as it a lot cheaper and is a reasonable buffet. We had a very good meal in the restaurant one wet evening and it is half the price of the restaurants on the lakefront." - Anonymous
