"Staff were friendly, location fantastic - central to everything! Room quite spacious for a hotel room. " - Alastair Mitchell
"There seemed to be some lack of communication between staff. One day we returned to the room only to find it had not been cleaned during the day. Furthermore, twice our cards to get into our room had expired so we had to get the cards scanned into the computer again so we could get into the room. Also, we asked to have the Skybus mini-bus pick us up on our due date to take us to Southern Cross station and then to the airport. However, the man working there semmed unsure as to what this service was and when it came time for us to leave, we discovered that no booking had been made and we had to get a taxi to Southern Cross station and pay an additional taxi fee on top of the Skybus tickets we had previously purchased. These instances were annoying and need to be fixed. However, our room was beautiful and the central loctaion of the hotel was very convenient. I would stay at the Sebel Melbourne again but I believe that some things need to be improved." - Belinda Goode
