"Our room wasnt ready for us when we go there at 12.20 even though check in time was 11.30. also, room servicing was bad - our dirty towels were taken away but not replaced, the rubbish wasn't taken out, our sheets weren't changed etc. Manager was really nice but his staff were pretty rude. I went to reception to change cash for coins to use their laundry facilities and the woman wouldn't give me change. " - Anonymous
