"We sent a fax and requested a room not near an elevator and got one right in front of it. When we rang down they asked if we would like to be changed. Why on a Sunday night in a not full hotel did they do that. We stayed 4 nights.We also added an extra night but on that night when we went to get into room the keys did not work. We then had to go back downstairs and get them reactivated. Because you do not need a card to go to floors we found we had extremely noisy guests with people knocking on doors and doors slammed through the night." - Anonymous
