"As a first time visitor to Thailand & to Siam Bay View Hotel in Pattaya, that too having booked via the internet, I was bound to have my apprehensions. We reached much before the official check in time. Thereafter all my apprenhensions were dispelled. We were politely greeted by the lady at the reception and immediately alloted a room. We stayed only for 2 days but it was the best time spent ever. Each & every staff member came across as polite and ever ready to help, always smiling. Really touched us. We stayed in [other hotel] in Bangkok (Booked through [other website]) after that but the experience there was shocking. Rude staff, bad room amenities, bad service, et all. Kudos to the management of Sian Bay View for maintaining such high standards of service & to all personnel for their care. Love you all. Will recommend anyone who cares to ask and those who I know. "Very nice hotel. The room was on a high floor and had a very good view. Beware if on a lower floor the view can be obstructed by the building in front. Breakfast OK staff very good. Lifts a little too small as if more than 4 people the overlaod buzzer sounds. Good location and not too much noise." - Jeremy Allerton

"The Siam Bayview was an excellent hotel to stay in during our holiday to Pattaya. It was very central to the shopping and the nightlife of walking street was only a short ride in the back of the utility. The decor was quite luxurious and the staff were very friendly doing all they could to make our stay pleasant. I would stay at the Siam Bayview again when we go to Pattaya" - Valerie Tancred
