"Everything abt this hotel is amazing..from the rooms to the balcony sea view. The only BIG minus point was when i call the room service for a bucket of ice...the guy who answered was very very rude. I even prepared a 5 dollars tip for him..but when i opened the door, i was greeted with an annoyed face..shoving the bucket of ice and he stormed off without even taking a 2nd look or smile..really bad room service staff hope they improve on that." - Chu Yuh Low
"I am assuming that the hotel had just opened after reservations whcih would explain the irritations we experienced but not the way they were dealt with.
Internet is not free in this hotel. Bought a voucher for 1 week for $70 sing. Connection in the room didn't work. They said the provider could fix in 2 days. At my suggestion we changed rooms where the internet worked.
Breakfast buffet was cold every day despite complaints.
Lift broke down for the last 3 days of our stay. We had to carry our own bags downstairs to check out. One bell boy on duty was overwhelmed.
Free ticket on the monrail ran out after 3 days - only found this out at the station.
Sentosa is great and the hotel could be if it was owned by someone who understood how a hotel was supposed to be run and what guests want.Right now they charge 5 star rates for 2 star service." - chris wilkin

From the airport by taxi is about 30 mins. Or take the MRT train to HarbourFront station which is located at the Vivo City Shopping Centre.
Proceed to level 3 to take the Sentosa Express (monorail) and alight at the Imbiah station which is directly opposite our resort.
All guests will be issued with a complimentary Sentosa Express ticket upon check-in.

Hotel have limited car parks but underground parkings are available at the Beach Station which is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Charge is S$1 per day. |
