"Upside: 1. Coming in from Hong Kong, it was nice that the hotel had a free shuttle from the ferry terminal to the hotel. 2. Very nice and clean bathrooms 3. Housekeeping is diligent in cleaning the room every morning, changing the towels and re-stocking the bathroom amenities. 4. Good location, most of the must-see sights can be done by walking from the hotel. 5. The bus stop is located just a short walk from the hotel which is convenient.
Downside: 1. Had a hard time speaking with the staff as they are not so fluent in English; they could speak the language but had a problem with comprehension. 2. Would have been nice to have a sign where to find the shuttle instead of waiting around trying to catch a glimpse of the hotel sign posted on the bus windshield.
Will definitely stay again in this hotel and will recommend to friends.

"Rooms are spacius and comfortable. Very near to the tourist spots, restaurants and casinos, all within walking distance. But make sure you know the Chinese name of the hotel if you want to take a taxi there, most of the driver do not know the English name of it.
If you are a non-smoker, remember to request for a non-smoking room when you proceed with booking, most of the rooms are smoking room. Non-smoking zone is not a comment thing in Macau." - Ms Boon Boon Tee
"Great location walking distance to many casino's such as Lisboa, Wynn , Starworld, and central Macao sites such as St Pauls . Great food and service i n Resturant and the room was quite spacious however the bed was very firm and the TV did not have access to Sports Channels. Overall good value and I would definitelly consider staying there again. " - David Leighton
"The hotel room is big compared to Hongkong. Though we booked for a twin room with one extra bed to accomodate 3 persons, it is still very spacious. Something which I like about the hotel is that it provides guest with a vacuum flask in the room. The hotel also provide luggage deposit service and coin changing, which makes it convenient for those who intend to take public bus for travelling around. There is a bus stop nearby and a shopping mall, New Yaohan, just across the road. It will just take half an hour bus ride to go to Zhuhai. " - Teo Linda
