"This is the second time i stayed here. We all love the big space and the clean and comfortable environment. This time the air-con in bedroom is very noisy, i call for help, and them come to service soon. Though they didn't solve the problem but admit to change our room next day. "Have stayed there many times and will always return when in BKK. THe location is very quiet and safe, easy walk to MRT if you aren't lazy. Nothing really around there to eat, but easy to get to other areas for food. The breakfast and morning staff make your day every single morning. They are the best I've ever experience when it comes to taking care of the buffett and keeping it clean, hot, fresh and giving great service with a great smile. The reception staff, bell boys and guards are always very helpful and friendly. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay there!" - Tony White
