"It is centrally located...10 min walk to Stephen Platz and major shopping. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, but were a bit musty smelling. "This is a fantastic hotel. It was conveniently located in the center of Vienna and minutes from the subway. The room was exceptionally large for the quite modest price. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only mild criticism I have relates to the "fitness center", which consists of a stairmaster, a bike, and a sauna. While calling it a "fitness center" is a little bit of an hyperbole, the sauna was terrific after a very long flight. If I come to Vienna again, I will stay here." - James Boykin
