"The un-renovated rooms are dismal and stiflingly hot in the summer. Pay a bit extra for the Club room and your stay in this phenominally good location will be worth the extra. I'd certainly stay here again when in London." - Warwick Brown
"The hotel is in very fine condition, that is the lounge and reception area. However the rooms were a bit worn out - very small and in our case very hot probably caused by the air condition in the backyard. The windows couldn't because of safety regulations be opened no more than 10 cm. which wasn't enough to establish a cooler climate in the room. Otherwise nice hotel with a very friendly staff." - Mogens Vinther
