A lovely bushland property. Ideally situated for a peaceful and quiet time. Easy access to town and beaches. Friendly and helpful owners. I had a lovely stay and highly recommend these apartments. Carol Sugden

The apt was really good, the location, the facilities, the view outside, and of cx the lovely and helpful owner Jo.. me and my friends enjoyed it very much. We'll definitely look forward going to rent Sublime Apt again. Yonnie Hui

We have stayed at Sublime a few times now and have always found the hospitality provided by Mark and Jo execllent. Highly recommended stay in the Bay of Islands. Leeanne Griffiths

What can I say?. It's a great getaway. We have stayed there twice now and both times were totally relaxed and content with the rooms. 3 minutes from the waterfront and main center and high up in the hills for a great view. The owners go out of their way to help you and nothing is too difficult for
them. We will be going back many times for sure. |

Paihia is 250km north of Auckland...just head over the Auckland Harbour Bridge and keep heading North! When you get to Paihia the will take you along the beachfront, and as you drive along the beachfront in Paihia School Rd is the second on your left and we are about 600m along on the left hand side. |
