"Hotel under transition with new owner since February. I think I got the worst room in the hotel and only studio. Toilet wouldnt flush, toilet roll holder falling off wall. The entry card/key didnt work and had to be changed twice. The lights on the first floor didnt work at night, finding room door was hard and was dangerous when navigating stairs in the dark.
The initial person on reception, Gary, was suffering from a cold which included a runny nose, dripping on the paper he was reading. It wasnt a good experience." - Grant Burrell

Studio rooms are more intimate and feature queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and include a mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities and Sky TV.
An intimate hotel comprised of just 18 rooms, The Cove offers its guests attentive service, luxurious accommodation, stylish meeting facilities and a sumptuous breakfast at The Landing - its own absolute lakefront dining room. |
