"The Heritage is a grand old stone building and the interior still displays the form of its former glory which could be reserected with correct presentation and modernisation. I was dissappointed however that only one sheet was supplied for the budget booking I used. I wasn't game to use the blanket without a sheet so slept uncovered with the aircon off." - norman chitts

"I really like this hotel - it has character.
Clean but some things - liek carpets in halls - a bit worn. It is in 'old' rail station - trains still stop right outside the hotel - not nosiy though. It used to be the main Central Station - thats now one station further away.
The price is excellent - I guess if the place was modernised/refurbished it would'nt stay cheap, and development would also take away the old world charm.
Location is excellent (for me)...can walk to Central Market and China Town. Under cover walk too. Walk to Lake Park area and many attractions - bird park etc. Mosque nearby." - Bruce Hibberd
"A nice little hotel for an overnight, budget stay. Room was clean and cool. Bed comfortable. A good location, right beside Kuala Lumpur train station (NOT KL SENTRAL)and a few minutes walk to Pasar Seni Lrt station and China Town. Limited facilities so would not stay for a long time but would consider again for 1/2 nights." - Richard Edwards

The Heritage Station Hotel located at the Kuala Lumpur Train Station is the beginning of the Historical Row in Kuala Lumpur. The building was designed by Mr. A.B. Hubback, a British Architect, and was operational since 1 August 1910. It has since been gazette as a Heritage Building and much of the building retains its Colonial Charm. You can experience the lure of yesteryears as you step into our hotel, in part due to its classical Neo-Moorish Design. We are a basic, no frills budget hotel, trying to preserve the nostalgic era of Kuala Lumpur in its early phases.
From our Hotel, you can have convenient access to Chinatown (Petaling Street), Little India (Brickfields), Central Market, Little India, National Mosque, Islamic Arts Museum, Tun Abdul Razak Memorial, National Planetarium, Lake Gardens, Hibiscus Gardens, Bird Park, Orchid Garden, Natural History Museum, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Merdeka Square, Royal Selangor Club, Masjid Jamek, all within 7 km radius by foot.
Located inside the Train Station, you can access sites like KL Sentral (1 stop), Mid Valley Megamall (2 stops), Other Transportations include Rapid KL (Putra Line - Pasar Seni Station) as well as the Rapid KL (Ampang Line - Masjid Jamek Station) servicing other parts of Kuala Lumpur like Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC - 15 minutes). |

Taxi: From Kuala Lumpur International Airport [KLIA]
About 40 minutes' ride from the airport during non-peak hours. Price approximately RM80 for a maximum of 4 persons.
Train: KLIA Express [ERL] & KTM Komuter
Take the KLIA express train from the airport to the KL Sentral Station. It's about 30 minutes' ride and costs RM35. Then transfer to the KTM Komuter to the Kuala Lumpur Station, where our hotel is located. The ride takes 3 minutes and cost only RM1.
Outside our hotel we have the convienience of express bus services by NICE (Executive Coach) servicing routes to Penang and Singapore as well as PLUSLINER servicing major cities within Peninsular Malaysia.
