"There was no milk in the room. It took two calls to reception to get the milk bought to the room in the morning.
The breakfast order was wrongly brought out. By the time the full meal was delivered the eggs were cold.

"Very pleasantly surprised for what appeared to be a budget price, small but perfect for me, apartment! Yes the bathroom is small but the room was spotless, new & very tasteful. The only problem...it reads like it is included, however Express Breakfast NOT included in the price (and they wouldn't budge)! A bit grumpy on that one! "I have always found the Quadrant excellent value - but do be aware that when you book their great 2 or more night deal that this rate does not include room servicing and if you ask to have your room serviced you will be charged $50.
If you are prepared to ask at the front desk for fresh towels etc my experience is that these will be willingly provided to you at no additional charge

Directions from Airport:
From Auckland International Airport, turn left out of George Bolt Drive and onto State Highway 20. Follow the signs to Auckland City, and exit SH20 onto Queenstown Road. Turn right at Queenstown Road, and go straight ahead at the roundabout and onto Pah Road. Follow Pah Road through to Manukau Road. Turn left into Alper's Avenue and right onto Gillies Ave. From Gilllies Ave join the motorway to the city, and then take the Port East exit, and turn left off this exit onto Alten Road. Continue up to Alten Road, through the Symond's Street traffic lights. This will take you to Waterloo Quadrant and The Quadrant Hotel is approximately 150 metres on the right. |
