"I found the room that I had to be adequate and resonable. The room over looking the balcony on the first floor facing Oxford street doesn't shield you from the street noise. I stayed there a couple of nights early week and even at 3/4am it was like a weekend. The noise level drove me crazy so I recommend to take a pair of ear plugs if you want to sleep. Other wise, location very good and friendliness of staff.

"Booked hotel due to rating on internet. Taps dripped,
toilet ran constantly, 40 stairs, no lift. Understood breakfast was included in the price, but it wasn't & no dining area anyway. TV worked, but couldn't get a picture.
