"Manner of person on the desk appeared 'unfriendly'.Having handed the keys over I enquired where our room was/where to park? He said "drive down the back, I would see where our room was". I was unable to find our room and was confused because the rooms I saw were not numbered consecutively. I drove back to the check-in, said I was unable to find our room and why. Two other guests were at the desk and replied to me that they had the same problem on arrival! Person behind desk explained that we use the end door/park down the back.I then discovered that our room was not what was booked. I had printed details of our booking and had these with me. After explaining the issue to the same man he agreed to change our room. This took 5 minutes to sort. During this time he offered NO communication (silence for full 5 mins.) I asked where 2nd room was/where to park. He replied in a cross voice, waving his arm to point "DOWN THE BACK!!" Asked for our room be rung at 4.30am, call wasn't made. " - Anonymous

"The room was clean and had everything we expected for a 3 star rating. It was very close to the airport and was just a matter of ringing the hotel when we landed to get the shuttle to come and get us - and we got in at 1am! Had to pay extra for a late check out. Would recommend as a cheap option when in transit in Auckland." - anna thompson

From Auckland Airport take George Bolt Memorial Drive, drive for approx 3 minutes, turn left into Kirkbride road at lights, Travellers International is at 190 Kirkbride Road and is approx 100 metres on the right hand side.
From Auckland take Gillies avenue or Greelane off ramps and follow blue and white signs, when you get to South Western motorway,SH20,take SH20A and turn right into Kirkbride road, Travellers International approx 100 meters on right hand side.
