"This is a lovely hotel and well situated to the Termini Station and other tourist sites within walking distance. The facilities of the hotel generally and the room specifically is excellent and the service when needed was helpful. Each day a full buffet breakfast was included in our booking. "we stayed at the hotel universo in feb 07, it was ideally located close to termini train station. The staff were friendly and hotel was clean with modern decor, breakfast was served until 10.30 and there was plenty of food. i would recommend this hotel. At the end of the road (about 10min walk) there were some good indian restaurants. Shopping was close by. We did the open bus tour as soon as we got there which i would recommend." - anita pindoria
