"Downsides first - This hotel, although new and clean, has some cheap aspects. For instance, the first day of our stay the bathroom door locked and wouldn't open. We came back from dinner to find that the hotel's solution was to kick the door in, literally, leaving a mess on the bathroom floor. Also, the pool is quite small
Upsides - The next day, they did switch our room for us. Location is very near to Gulliver's park, and a 5 minute walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. We travelled by car, and the hotel offers free parking - a real plus in a city hotel. " - Scott Koltick
