VERTICE SEVILLA HOTEL

"My first impression of the type of service one can expect from this establishment was quite bad. The reception is SOOO small considering the size and the category of the hotel so it took a while to cehck-in. The clerks were not ubfriendly but not really welcoming either. The check-out was much better. However, the rooms were well-appointed and very clean. The bed, however, is as hard as a rock - maybe good for people with back problems but so bad for those who don't. The breakfast room is spacious and the variety and quality of food was excellent. However, there is not enough personel to clean up resulting in a long line for the tables during rush hour. The breakfast room manager is to be commended for the way he handled the line of waiting guests. In fact, during our stay, he was the only one who showed friendliness, hospitality and effectiveness. His actions shows that he likes his job and is intuned with what the guests expect. The hotel is much too far from the center." - Anonymous

"Quite a few things in our room either didn't work or were missing - some were fixed when highlighted & some not. Restaurant is shut on Sundays but we were not informed of this on arrival. Small gym but only half of the equipment works. Definately not a 4 star hotel - more a nice modern 3 star. Hotel area is not great hence the low price of 45 euros per night incl. breakfast but good value for the money." - Anonymous

"Nice hotel and staff great - lovely pool and good facilities. Good location for business travellers but not handy if you are visiting Seville as a tourist - quite far out of town. " - Stephen Pothan

"It says in the description that it's close to Santa Justa train station. It was actually a 10euro cab ride away. " - Kantideep Thota
