"This is an extremly busy hotel, so although staff were pleasant, they didn't have a great deal of time. Not really enough lifts, so getting down from floor 23 often took ages! However, it is very well located and well priced (for New York), and this outweighed any other shortcomings. Would consider staying there again." - Howard Keable

"Would definitely stay here again. Arrived early but was able to check-in immedatiely. Excellent location. Rooms are quite small and the in-room facilities are sparse but at least it had great airconditioning and a TV. The staff were also friendly and helpful." - Anonymous
