"The support-cleaning staff where extremely helpfull. The initial checkin at reception could have been a bit more of assistance in relation to vehicle, I was given some block and was advised use this but bring it back asap. Having not stayed there before had no idea where the gate even was. Went to get car out next day and couldnt work out how to exit. So left car and walked in rain. Noisy lift, was given a room right near a lift, may stay another time, but would request to be away from the lifts. Otherwise would say the cleaning staff should be appraised for their friendlyness and assistance." - William Wear

"bathroom not clean, mould in shower
asked for a photocopy of my drivers licence, refused as that is not required, showed them the licence but I would not allow them to copy it, identity theft? I have never been asked for id before anywhere in the world, considering the apartment was already paid for, they were pretty insistent and rude about it." - Maria Rahman
