Be careful when booking accommodation in Queenstown! Alta Apartments are a 900 metre downhill walk to the Steamer Wharf where the TSS Earnslaw departs daily. Some other apartments in Queenstown are NOT so readily accessible to town.

| Getting There: |
Travelling from Queenstown Airport, follow the signs to Queenstown. At the second round-about, take the first exit on your left into Shotover Street. Drive through town about 300 metres, past the casino & Steamer Wharf on your left.
Take the first right after the Crowne Plaza Hotel into Brunswick Street. Drive past the St Moritz Hotel 75 metres up the hill on your left hand side.
Brunswick Street then merges with Thompson Street. Continue a further 300 metres up Thompson Street. Alta Apartments is located on the corner of Thompson Street & Lomond Crescent.

Unit 1 at the entry to Alta Apartments houses the onsite managers office. Office hours are 9.00am to 1.00pm daily.
For after hours check-ins, please supply your email address so we may send you instructions for gaining access to the key night safe for your apartment. |
