Coming out of the Paddington underground/train station (depending which exit) either turn right and then the first street right (London street) or cross the street into London Street.
Once on London Street turn left at the first traffic lights, this is Sussex Gardens. We are on your left-hand side halfway along the first block, number 128-130.
