"My parents come over once a year from Holland, and I booked them in. They loved the hotel, it is grand, breakfast was great although not included in the price. The only drawback was the window lock was broken and the outside window balcony was used as an ashtray, could have been cleaned. The entrance to the hotel is very impressive, the lobby bar is a good place to meet and the location is just so central." - Hessel F de Boer
"The hotel is huge with a strange eclectic style of it's own. It has a 'Titanic' feel about it. Suited the purpose but would not recommend it if your looking for luxury as it falls a little short, considering the outside grandure." - Anonymous
"THis hotel is very conveniently located close to Picadilly railway station and Picadilly Gardens metrolink. With a quick connection to SAlford Quays and Old Trafford. The hot buffet style english breakfast was more than adequate to start the day off in the correct way. The staff were all very courteous. During my stay there was some refubishment work going on but the disruption was definitely kept to a minimum. " - Ian Henderson
