"What a shame they changed the name!! the Carlton sounded so grand! Room was disappointing, stain on the curtains. lamp shades were all bent, just little things that annoy you when you are paying for 5 star accomodation. BUT the breakfast was fantastic! Not the powdered scrambled eggs, the rest was lovely. Just felt it 's not quite what it used to be. Staff were very helpful." - Allan Carter

Check-in Procedure: Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 11am on the day of departure.
All rooms booked are for the dates requested, bookings that no show on the 1st day of arrival will be cancelled and no booking will be held after that date.
