"New front of house staff have undermined earlier goodwill - has become a place of "policy", not hospitality. Pricing increasing, internet is $19 a day on top of that - nice place but greedy. Was a regular but will go elsewhere" - Jill Caldwell
"The room was lovely felt spacious and the bed v comfortable. Location was brilliant. Couple of things let it down a bit minor niggles mostly. The soap holder in the shower was broken and hanging lose. Couldnt see a hook for hand towel to hang on.
Big let down was the food in the attached cafe. First customer of the morning I think and barely warm coffee urgh and smoked salmon that after two mouthfuls I decided wasnt off but tasted of the packet, not a good sign. So dont eat there but do stay. " - Anonymous
