The Estruc building is situated in a historical zone of the city, the apartments have from 32 to 45 m2 reformed .The apartments have been decorated with new contemporary design furniture. They are very quiet, comfortable and unsurpassable location. There is no elevator in the building.

Take the train or bus to plaza Catalua, the apartments are a 25 mts from there.
From Girona airport, there is a special bus from the airport to Barcelona center.
The Chic & basic apartments are just in the main center of town. In surroundings you can find Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya ... .The beaches are 15 min walking
