"Staff were pleasant, after arriving late to Kings Cross on a long train ride from York, it was only a 10 pounds cab ride for the family. Very close to British museum & easy subway access. Room was good for anyone with kids. Clean, everything worked. Kitchenette convenient. Good value overall. After all I heard about bad beds in London, I was pleasantly surprised that they were fine.
