Cascades Motor Lodge opens out on to Lake Taupo, a beautiful swimming beach and lakeside walkways. This architecturally designed building offers a stunning setting and fabulous location for your stay, with restaurants nearby (within walking distance), and breakfast served to your room if you wish. Family units open on to either the heated swimming pool, or have their own peaceful garden area, and all units are self-catering. Studio units are spacious, and are either upstairs with a pleasant outlook, or downstairs with easy access from your car park. Free inernet available for e-mails, and free wireless at reception.

We are located on Lake Terrace (SH1), which is the main road going through Taupo, on the lakefront side of the road. We are about a 4 hour drive from Auckland Airport, and about a 5 hour drive from Wellington.

Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am. Office hours are from 7.30am - 9pm. If you wish to check in later than 8.30pm, please advise the hotel directly and we will make arrangements for you to access your unit.
