"The room, supposedly a double room, was cramped. Okay as I was on my own, but not enough space for two people. There were no chairs or separate sitting area, which is not what I expected for a self-catering apartment. The young lady in the office on arrival was most efficient and helpful. However the office was closed at 08.00 the next morning. Very inconvenient if you had to pay on departure or had any queries. As it was I had to leave the room key under the office door. "I don't know how this came to be rated 4 star. I booked a single and found no self catering facilities, no soap, hair dryer, tissue etc at all. I complained and was moved to a twin room which had what basic facilities but still no hair dryer, tissues, etc. I had to ask for tea and coffee making facilities and was asked if I wanted tea or coffee and was supplied with only coffee.
Staff were helpful, but the cleaning was not good, and it was generally very basic. I would give it only 2 stars." - Anonymous
"Plus: clean, conviniently located apartments with kitchennete and major appliances such as microwave, toaster etc
Minus: tiny room and tiny double bed, Cable and remotes didn't work" - Anonymous
"Cheap, very handy but so tiny room that, despite internet access there is no where to work except for on the bed." - Sean Triner
