"Elite Inn Tokyo is not on the general tourist map however it is easy walking distance to Ueno Park, Ueno Zoo, Ueno Markets and Akihabara. It is also very close to major subway and train lines. All this makes it a great location. The area surrounding the Inn is Japanese rather than touristy, lots of small, really good restaurants and lovely people (you do have to take your chances on the menus a bit because English isn't catered to). The rooms at the Inn were spacious, very comfortable, well appointed and really clean. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The staff were very discrete and extraordinarily helpful and polite. My only recommendation is that they provide a map for taxi drivers on their website, as it was very hard to find at first. Excellent establishment. My family and I would highly recommend it and definitely intend to stay there again." - Bettina Young

"Nearest subway station in Yushima around 100meters. Otherwise if you will not use that line the nearest station is already more than 500 meters away quite tiring specially coming back to the hotel. Very quite neighborhood and very near Yushima Shrine." - Anonymous
