"Customer service personnel at reception counter were exceptional.
Cleanliness of pool & staff facilities could be improved, as well as standard of breakfast. The breakfast was not up to the standard of other 5 star hotels, yet the pricing was still the same.

"I stay at the oaks every year for work & whilst I usually stay at the Oaks Horizons (next door) which appears to have slightly bigger rooms, it's always a pleasure & feels very homely.
Although the Oaks Embassy has a nightclub in the bottom which wasn't an issue for me, but I'd imagine may prove uncomfortable for older guests.
It's opposite convention centre which is why I chose it, & about 10-15min walk to town." - Jade Jackson
