"Don't be fooled by the good price/one star rating. This was by far the best hotel room I stayed in while traveling Europe. EVERYTHING has been remodeled and the bathrooms are as Americanized as any I've seen, complete with a jacuzzi tub. As for location, the terminal station is a few minutes away as are the major attractions. It's very private and clean. " -

"We were locked out of the hotel on two occasions, once it seemed as the manager was asleep in a room! We waited in the "foyer" for about an hour. Rooms were lovely and clean, but did not have all the features listed on the website (no TV), and there was no breakfast supplied, and no sign of the "Fruit basket and bottle of local wine"." - Anonymous
"Despite a totally newly renovated room and hotel, the suply of hot water was limited. Also the breakfast good be improved.
Having said this, the location is perfect and within walking distance from everything. Carlo, the receptionist, was very helpful and Italian, and we still recommend this Hotel to others as rooms are very clean, the bed is good quality and so is the bathroom." - Anonymous
