"The hotel isn't fully operational yet in that their restaurant has not yet opened - it should be opened soon. However, there are good places close by to obtain food. The location is excellent in that trams to just about anywhere in Melbourne can be caught from stops just outside the hotel. Southern Cross station and the DFO are a short walk away. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are small but functional." - Ally Hannon
"worth the money, fitness first gym can be used free of charge (if u still have energy to do so, central location...easy to use public transportation...for parking ur car...do it at the CROWN casino...flat rate 6 AUD...well...I did leave my rented car for 3 nights...total cost 6 AUD;-)" - joerg Nickel
"This is a really great place to stay in Melbourne - particularly if you want to do some shopping at the DFO at Spencer Street!
The petite rooms are a bargain and they are really comfortable and clean. If you don't like small rooms, then maybe the petite rooms aren't for you. However, the rooms are well designed for the small space. The flat panel TVs which swivel and have cable are another bonus.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
