"Everything's been fantastic except for the charges on luggage drop service. It is a norm for hotels to offer complimentary luggage drop service for customers especially in times where late check-out cannot be granted. A charge of HKD$30 per piece of luggage is costly, considering Hong Kong is a shopping heaven and customers end up more luggages during check-out than they check-in." - Anonymous
"An excellent hotel! However getting to and from the airport can be tricky because the hotel is not serviced by the airport express hotel shuttle bus and a taxi trip to the nearest airport express station costs 50HKD. If you are travelling light this is a fantastic hotel!" - Anonymous
"Being right across the road from Times Square made it easily accessible to food, shopping and transport. Having said that, if you intend to get to and from the airport using the MTR it's a reasonable walk through exit A before you get there. Much more convenient to just book a hotel bus when you arrive at the airport.
The rooms aren't big but sufficiently comfortable and toilets and shower were clean. Like everywhere else, you get some friendly staff and others not as much, but nothing to complain about at all.
Overall a good stay. However, if you intend to do a lot of shopping in Tsim Tsa Tsui, it might not be the most convenient as you need to interchange MTR everytime." - Anonymous
"It was not easy to locate this hotel and even taxi drivers were not able to, as many were not aware of the existence of a new Holiday Inn in Causebay Bay area. Perhaps the Express name is new. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely choose this hotel when we next visit Hong Kong as it is conveniently located near the various offices where our business meetings are conducted.
