"Overall a good hotel, but a little effort could have been made to the cosmetics. The light in the bathroom could have had a shade and a lick of paint on some of the furniture and skirting boards would not have gone a miss. However if you consider its location on the non charging side of the congestion zone and a 5 min walk from Marble Arch it is an absolutely prime location. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, with 24 hour portering you had flexibility with your night life and the breakfast was pretty good too. Recommended for those wanting to stay over but not wanting to spend too much." - Anonymous
