"Services should be included in each room. We did not know about the 1st stay courtesy breakfast. We did not know about the cafeteria right behind/next to the condotel. We did not know that they are medical, cosmetic surgery offices on the second floor, nor that there is a massage service in the building.
Your medical referal office rep. is being "overly friendly" with clients. She volunteers to accompany guests on dining trips; thereby being treated to free dinners. Gifts were bought for her in "gratitude" for her services. Her services extends to taking customers throughout the stores, i.e. Green Hills Shopping Center, Farmer's eatries, etc. I do not think that this is in consonant with the mission of the Medical Referal Service." - Anonymous
