"Elegant surroundings, impeccable service. The rooms were polished and beautifully appointed. We would recommend to anyone and stay there again. " - Tracy Mulligan
"This hotel is an excellent example of a small, executive style hotel. The staff and facilities are first class. The onlt thing which slightly lets it down is the lack of a swimming pool, which could easily be added in place of the seemingly little used tennis court. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any discerning traveller." - Paul Deveau
"Service was excellent/ wonderful. However as a small luxury hotel while lobby is lovely the rooms were not up to standard of a luxury hotel. Very plain and you could tell they had been converted from an existing hotel. In particular the bathhrooms were old and need updating, as does the exterior. Price is too high for the room type." - Vanessa Williams
"Located at some distance from the central square, but more than made up by proximity to Parks, Botanical Gardens, and Arts Center. Easy access to trolley line- worth the $14 2-day pass cost. Excellent staff and facilities. " - Bruce Ettinger
