The mountain river view panoramas can be admired from your very own private balcony and in the evening, the sparkling lights of Surfers Paradise can be enjoyed. Affectionately known as the GCI Hotel, the hotel offers 296 well appointed rooms with either ocean or mountain and river views from their private balconies. *

The GCI is ideally situated within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife and is close to world-class golf courses, theme parks and native and wildlife reserves. The GCI offers a fully equipped 24 hour business centre with access to broadband internet, printing and photocopying facilities. Broadband access is also available in all rooms.

The GCI Day Spa is currently closed for renovations, however alternative Spa options are available.

All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Getting There: The GCI is situated at 7 Staghorn Avenue only a couple of hundred metres North of Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise. The Gold Coast Airport is located 30km (approx 25 minutes drive) South of the GCI and the Brisbane International & Domestic Airport is 90km (approx 1hour drive) to the North.
Check-in Procedure: 1400 hours (2:00pm)

Should your reserved room become available prior to 2:00 pm, we would be delighted to allow you early access to your room. Whilst every attempt is made to offer an early check in, this cannot be guaranteed.

On check-in, photo identification and a method of payment will be required to cover any incidental charges. This may be in the form of a cash bond or a credit card pre-authorisation.

Car Parking: Complimentary undercover car parking is available for all in house guests with valet parking available for $10.00 per day.
Child Policy: Our spacious accommodation rooms can sleep a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Children 16 years and under stay free of charge if using existing bedding. The bedding configuration is subject to availability. If a rollaway bed is required an additional $40.00 per night is applicable. A charge of $40.00 per person, room only per night is also applicable for a 3rd adult staying in the room even if using existing bedding. There is however a maximum of 1 rollaway per room.
